This series is about freedom of thought and action. Within yourself and the people around you. About how banalities and harsh, unreasoned actions create fierce problems and hatred, lining up in whole chains of meaningless actions. We are not engaged in that, we focus on the most stupid problems not. And we create them ourselves. From good to bad.
The interaction of soul and body. Desires and needs. Actual problems of modern society. Closed borders, compressed frames. Morality, principles, laws. We will always do what society will dictate to us. Any rebellion is easy to suppress; a riot does not have a good outcome. In what area it would occur, even in love.
“Freedom” is focused on moments that concern both individually and massively. Here, as an artist, I display such moments as freedom of action, decision-making, restrictions on choice, enforcement of certain principles, and personal ones. What does a person need in order to feel free?
Perhaps if he completely renounced society. The state, politics, the whole world, in real life there is no complete freedom of action. And this is normal. Mother will no longer be completely free. Father will be required to feed his family. Living in society you will follow its rules. Perhaps not everyone, but it is unlikely to cross the line. And even if you are "not like everyone else", you will bend under the general system, and not under your desires. Because the right decisions of an adult are always well-considered actions. Is it possible to get the very freedom that may not exist? No one forbids creating it in your head, and you can show it to others in different ways.
